Open Role: Freelance SDR / Lead Generation
Type: Contract, remote-first
Focus: Prospect, qualify, and book intro meetings with decision makers at tech-forward SMBs and compliance-sensitive firms.
What you will do
- Research and identify target accounts that match our ICP.
- Run ethical outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
- Qualify interest and book calendar meetings that show up.
- Report weekly on activity, meetings, and pipeline quality.
Compensation model
- Monthly retainer to keep you engaged.
- Per qualified meeting that attends, not just booked.
- Percent of the first 12 months of revenue for any customer you source that closes.
We align incentives so you are rewarded for real outcomes while keeping things simple and transparent.

Is this role fully remote?
Yes. US hours are helpful. Colorado Front Range is a plus but not required.
